SAINT ADALBERT CATHOLIC SCHOOL

Preschool Program

We are a Four-Star Rated “Step Up To Quality” program (License Number: 1000019742) since 2013 and a proud member of PRE4CLE.  Saint Adalbert Catholic School is dedicated to suiting the developmental needs of our children, in which we promote their spiritual growth, emotional and social needs, and stimulate their intellectual minds.
Families seeking to enroll their children in our school will complete an admission process prior to their child’s first day. This process includes benchmark testing for the student, completion of “Step Up To Quality” related paperwork, completion of the ASQ-II Child Development forms, and meeting about school policies and procedures.

Our tuition is $4,000 per year in which we use a “Sliding Fee Scale” to assist families for payment. Children that are four-years-old prior to September 30th may qualify for the Early Childhood Education Grant which, if families qualify, would cover the cost of tuition in full.  We also accept the ECC (formerly called the TAP) card for residents of Cuyahoga County that have children that are three-years-old by September 1st for tuition-assistance.

Our staff uses the ELA (Early Learning Assessment) tool to assist in tracking student progression, as well as the ASQ-III tool for child development monitoring across social, gross/fine motor skills, behavioral, academic, and other skills.  Parent and family involvement is critical to child developement and therefore necessary in union with our staff.  Parent/Guardian meetings with our staff are required at both the beginning and end of the school year to review your child’s development and progression throughout their time in our program.  Weekly communication between staff and families are expected through ClassDojo, the Principal’s Bulletins, newsletters, emails, phone calls, in-person meetings, and other platforms.
